Iray for 3ds Max has a quick access toolbar to quickly launch common features of the plugin.
The toolbar can be enabled or disabled by right clicking in a blank space on the 3ds Max button area. This will show a list of available toolbars click on Iray for 3ds Max to toggle toolbar visibility.
